At PuriaLab, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or refund, the bottle(s) must be unused and unopened. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept bottles that have been opened or compromised in any way, for health and safety reasons.
If you need to return an item, please email us at help@purialab.com or reach out via the contact form on our website. This is important so we can provide you with the return address and specific instructions for your return.
For items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure they are in the same condition as when they were delivered. After completing the inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
